Youth Advisory Board
The youth advisory board is made up of youth from diverse social economical backgrounds. They are selected because of their dedication and commitment to Rae's Hope, Inc. Each member is committed to two hours each month to discuss and plan future strategies for different projects. Members are present with a clear understanding of the value they are to others. They are highly motivated, passionate, innovative, committed and enthusiastic.


Members of this distinguished Youth Advisory Board play a critical leadership role in helping create and oversee the initiative that will address Rae's Hope, Inc.'s summer projects, fund raisers, newsletters, social and community events.


Youth Advisory Board Goals:

1) Assisting young people in developing essential leadership skills that enable them to act responsible in all aspects of their lives.

2) Teach young people awareness of his or her own leadership potential.

3)  Capitalize on individual strengths and improve areas of personal weakness.

4) Developing citizens who possess the leadership abilities to meet present and future challenges in a global society.
